The site provides a haven for a variety of wildlife with over species of plants, and over species of bird, including a thriving Heronry, wildfowl, and all three species of Woodpecker. The beautiful Kingfisher makes the most of the waters and are regularly seen from all four bird hides. The Reserve is also rich in dragonfly — over 21 species can be seen zipping around the different wetland habitats. Get Involved. If you arrive after the Cafe and visitor centre are closed, you can enter through the gate next to the centre and admission is free.

Parking at Warnham Nature Reserve is free. The car park has plenty of spaces, including room for coaches. The car park is locked when the reserve closes.
